This organisational tool allows you to track sales, categorize clients and customers and create a measurable email database.

When a client visits your site, they are able to automatically register themselves on the site. This allows you to gain information about your client through a short customised survey attached to the registration form. Once in the system, you can categorise clients in as broad or as specific a group as you like. In doing so, you are able to tailor your emails to these particular groups, rather than sending the same email to your entire client database. A targeted campaign is far more likely to achieve results than a blanket (or 'shotgun approach') aproach.

In conjunction with the database above, the system allows you to see when the email was opened and how many times it is read. If a client is re-reading the email, you are able to formulate a follow up to this to capitalise on that interest. Automated responses can be set up, and the system knows what email has been sent to which customer, so the same email is never sent to the same person twice.

Included also in the CRM Package is an Outlook Style online diary, accessible from anywhere with a computer and an internet connection. Clients can be imported easily from a drop down menu, and an alert will sound when needed to ensure that client recieves the product or service you've promised.
